The company, with registered head office located in Velez-Malaga, Spain, is engaged in growing crops and vegetables and in raising cattle, dairy cows, sheep, goats and pigs, pedigree and breeding stock. It grows cereals, barley, corn/maize, oats, rye, wheat, root, tuberous and rhizome, beetroot, carrots, onions, potatoes and green vegetables. The company is also involved in chemicals which include herbicides, insecticides and fungicides to control weeds, insect pests and diseases in crops. It also develops seeds for field crops, including corn, oilseeds, cereals and sugar beet, and vegetable and flower seeds. It was incorporated in 1998.
